Silver Production Set to Grow 4.1% in 2024 with Operations Resuming Global silver production is on track to rise by 4.1% to 916.1 million ounces in 2024. This growth is mainly due to the restart and increase of operations that paused in 2023. Expected production boosts in Mexico, the US, China, and Russia in 2024 will compensate for decreases in Peru, Argentina, and Kazakhstan. Mexico, which contributed 24.1% (211.6 million ounces) to the global silver supply in 2023, anticipates a recovery to 224 million ounces in 2024 after a 3.2% drop due to 2023’s operational challenges. « Previous Article Next Article » Share This Article Choose Your Platform: Facebook Twitter Google Plus Linkedin Related Posts China's Gold Market: Investment Up, Jewelry Down in Second Quarter READ MORE The Best Time to Buy Gold & Silver in 2024 READ MORE Successful Newcrest bid would extend US Newmont’s lead as world’s largest gold producer READ MORE Survey Shows U.S. Tech Stocks Perceived as New Inflation Hedge READ MORE JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon Remains Cautious on the U.S. Economy READ MORE Add a Comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
