Silver Production Set to Grow 4.1% in 2024 with Operations Resuming Global silver production is on track to rise by 4.1% to 916.1 million ounces in 2024. This growth is mainly due to the restart and increase of operations that paused in 2023. Expected production boosts in Mexico, the US, China, and Russia in 2024 will compensate for decreases in Peru, Argentina, and Kazakhstan. Mexico, which contributed 24.1% (211.6 million ounces) to the global silver supply in 2023, anticipates a recovery to 224 million ounces in 2024 after a 3.2% drop due to 2023’s operational challenges. « Previous Article Next Article » Share This Article Choose Your Platform: Facebook Twitter Google Plus Linkedin Related Posts Dramatic Fluctuations for Yen as It Struggles Against Dollar Surge READ MORE Central Banks Warned to Stand Firm Against Inflation READ MORE Young Borrowers Struggle as Credit Card Debt Hits 14-Year High READ MORE Rising Costs Push Nearly 9% of Credit Card Balances into Delinquency READ MORE Global Bond Markets Surge Amidst Softening US Job Openings READ MORE Add a Comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
