The Road to $3,000 Gold Gold prices have reached new record highs three times in less than three weeks, peaking at over $2,500 an ounce. December gold futures settled at $2,480.80 an ounce on Thursday, with intraday trading hitting $2,506.60. According to George Milling-Stanley of State Street Global Advisors, if the economic and political environment becomes more favorable, gold could trade between $2,500 and $2,700. Factors such as geopolitical conflicts, a weakening dollar, and potential rate cuts could drive gold to $3,000 per ounce. « Previous Article Next Article » Share This Article Choose Your Platform: Facebook Twitter Google Plus Linkedin Related Posts Fed's Bostic Warns: No Quick Path to Interest Rate Cuts READ MORE BREAKING: Silver Trades Above $30/oz First Time In Over a Decade READ MORE 446 Days and Counting: Recession Signal Fails to Predict Economic Downturn READ MORE World Gold Council: Examining the US Election's Effect on Gold READ MORE JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon Remains Cautious on the U.S. Economy READ MORE Add a Comment Cancel replyYour email address will not be published.
