The “Dollar Dominance Monitor” highlights the dollar’s continued supremacy in foreign reserve holdings, trade invoicing, and currency transactions. Despite efforts by BRICS to shift towards other currencies, particularly accelerated by Western sanctions on Russia, the group has not advanced in its de-dollarization initiatives.
